Indian truck drivers talk on their mobile phones as they wait to cross the newly constructed Integrated Check Post (ICP) at the India-Pakistan border in Wagah on October 20, 2012. ICP's are being set up at major India/ Pakistan crossings to help facilitate passenger and freight processing at the boarder.
